As an OEM/ODM manufacturer, we provide formulations based on industry standards and client requests. However, the Client (the brand owner/buyer) acknowledges and agrees to the following regarding chemical ingredients and product claims:

• No Veterinary Medical Claims: Unless explicitly formulated, tested, and contracted as a veterinary medicinal product, our standard OEM/ODM base formulas are intended solely for cosmetic and general grooming purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any animal diseases, skin conditions, or parasitic infections.
• Regulatory Compliance: It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that the final customized formula, including any specific active or chemical ingredients requested, fully complies with all local, state, and federal regulations (such as FDA, EPA, EMA, or equivalent authorities) in their target sales markets.
• Testing and Liability: We strongly advise the Client to conduct independent safety, stability, and efficacy testing (e.g., patch tests) before mass commercial distribution. Noaheal Biotech Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, allergic responses, or legal penalties resulting from the end-user’s application of the products, or from the marketing claims made by the Client.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.
